FAQs
Straight answers.
Anything else, ask your specialist when they text you. They know the vehicles on the lot.
Where’s my Invitation Code?
Look for the 9-digit number by the barcode on the mailer your dealership sent you. Type it with or without the dashes.
What is the Vehicle Upgrade Program?
Participating dealerships invite owners of certain vehicles to see what it would take to move into something newer. Your specialist looks at the vehicle you drive now, what you owe on it and the newer vehicles on the lot, and goes over the options with you.
Will my monthly payment stay the same?
It depends on the vehicle you choose, your current vehicle’s value and payoff, your credit and lender approval. Your Upgrade Pass reserves a visit to go over the numbers — it is not a payment quote or an offer.
I still owe money on my vehicle. Can I still upgrade?
Yes, you can still come in. Bring your loan or payoff details and your specialist will include what you owe when they go over your options.
Does this affect my credit?
No. Getting your Upgrade Pass doesn’t check your credit. If you decide to move forward at the dealership, they’ll explain any credit check before it happens and ask for your permission.
